Park Place Tower's garage has a capacity for 745 cars on three levels. Parking is available in three options; indoor valet, indoor self-park, and outdoor self-park. All parking is deeded, however, spots may be available for rent from individual owners. A car wash station, battery jumper, and air compressor is also available for use by residents. Guest parking is available at the rates listed below and discount coupons are available in books of 10.
