Although not located in Park Place Tower, Dolphin Laundry & Dry Cleaning provides valet laundry & dry cleaning service to residents of Park Place Tower and customers in the Chicagoland and greater Illinois area. Dolphin provides daily service to Park Place Tower, Monday thru Saturday. Laundry service is available for $12.99 per week/order. All laundry items are processed in a secured facility, folded, bagged, and delivered next day. Dry Cleaning service is also available and pricing is listed on the Dolphin website (www.dolphinlaundry.net/parkplace). We look forward to your business!

Located in the basement, the Laundrymark laundry room is available for resident use only and a key fob is required for entry. Machines use a laundry card which can be purchased for $5 cash. Value can be added up to a $40 limit using either cash, credit, or ATM card.

Located on the 56th floor, Storage One is available for residents only.
